Pistachios

Our pistachios are imported from California, US, or Iran depending on availability.
Pistachios are light green or ivory-coloured seeds found inside hard ivory-beige shells that crack open on their own when their seeds are ripe.
Our roasted pistachios are roasted at low temperatures in order to preserve their natural fragrance and flavour.
Pistachios are one of the most widely liked snacks in the world, appreciated for both their unique flavour and bright colour.
They can, of course, be consumed on their own, but they are especially versatile as an ingredient in cooking recipes for both sweet and savoury dishes and in baking recipes too.
From a nutritional point of view, pistachios are full of substances that are beneficial to our health. They are rich in healthy fats, including monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids like omega-3 and omega-6. These fats help maintain a healthy balance of lipids in the body. Pistachios are also a good source of vegetable protein, fibre, vitamins B6 and E, and minerals such as copper, manganese and phosphorus. Another one of their selling points is their high content of antioxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin. These substances help protect the eyes from damage caused by free radicals and blue lights. They are also a healthy option for those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.
