Pecan nuts

Our pecans come from carefully selected cultivations in the US and South Africa, and they have an intense flavour and exquisite crunchiness.
They are perfect both as a snack and as an ingredient used in numerous cooking recipes, both sweet and savoury, like tarts, salads and biscuits.
Compared to classic walnuts, they have a more elongated shape, their shell is softer, and they are sweeter in flavour.
From a nutritional point of view, they are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, which helps reduce bad cholesterol and increase the good one. Moreover, the antioxidants they contain help protect the cardiovascular system.

FUN FACTS ABOUT PECAN NUTS
