DESCRIPTION
Pumpkin seeds from Ukraine of the GWS AAA variety. Pumpkin seeds contain vitamins C, E, K, and B, minerals such as magnesium, zinc, and selenium, and omega-3. They have an anti-inflammatory effect, help both prevent and fight cystitis, and, thanks to their high fibre content, they help regulate bowel movements. They are also used as a phytotherapeutic remedy to treat benign prostatic hypertrophy. If consumed during daytime, they are an excellent source of energy, while if consumed in the evening they have a strong calming effect which helps combat stress and insomnia. The product needs to be stored in hermetically sealed containers away from heat sources.
