Roasted Jumbo pumpkin seeds with extra salt

DESCRIPTION
Pumpkin seeds from Ukraine of the Snow White variety. These pumpkin seeds are selected using the latest generation machinery to obtain a product of the highest quality and free of impurities. They then undergo the processes of washing and brining before being roasted in the oven. The roasting method used makes the shell of the seeds particularly white and rough due to the presence of salt crystals. Pumpkin seeds contain vitamins C, E, K, and B, minerals such as magnesium, zinc, and selenium, and omega-3. They have an anti-inflammatory effect, help both prevent and fight cystitis, and, thanks to their high fibre content, they help regulate bowel movements. They are also used as a phytotherapeutic remedy to treat benign prostatic hypertrophy. If consumed during daytime, they are an excellent source of energy, while if consumed in the evening they have a strong calming effect which helps combat stress and insomnia. The product needs to be stored in hermetically sealed containers away from heat sources.
